	Bill Blodgett, CPA Senior Consultant Mr. Blodgett is a CPA, who after six years of audit experience with Price Waterhouse, accumulated over 35 years of experience in senior financial positions with both large and small companies involved in the real estate industry. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Blodgett has developed accounting and reporting systems that have provided accurate and timely reporting to both partner and financial institutions. Prior to that, Mr. Blodgett was with the American Real Estate Group, coordinating, preparing and managing of asset disposition plans designed to maximize returns from its clients in real estate investments. Mr. Blodgett has significant experience in the finance, accounting and operational aspects of the real estate business. Mr. Blodgett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College.
