	Dale Wilson Consultant Dale Wilson has 25 years of experience in Customer Service and Property Management. He's assisted in the success of Concordia Homes with his development of quality control and incentive programs. Mr. Wilson has an expert knowledge in New Home Warranties and Defect Resolution. Mr. Wilson was a finalist for the BIA Warranty Manager Award for 1990 and 2001. He was awarded BIA Warranty Manager of the Year in 1991 and 2004. Has served on the BIA Risk Management Team 2004 -2008
