	Don Underwood Principal Consultant Mr. Underwood is the President of Concordia Advisor's affiliated companies, including Concordia Communities, LLC and TDG Design Gallery, LLC. Mr. Underwood has 20 years experience in residential real estate development; including single family, multi-family and mixed use developments. In his career, he's been responsible for the construction of nearly 2,000 homes; the placement of approximately half a billion dollars of debt and equity financing for Concordia's development projects; and the management of the entire development lifecycle; from acquisition, design and entitlement, through construction, sales and service of residential projects with a sales value of nearly $600,000,000. He has participated in and managed complex entitlement and environmental permitting projects for thousands of residential units and mixed use projects. Mr. Underwood holds a BA in Business from Westmont College.
