	Gina Barbour Consultant Gina Barbour brings over 15 years of residential construction experience to Concordia Advisors. As part of the Project Management team, she has been responsible for the daily operations of the land development and vertical construction. Ms. Barbour is well known for her ability to build successful construction teams, focusing on cost management, timely construction and quality. She has held management positions in Customer Service, Purchasing and Operations and is a former Director of Purchasing for D.R. Horton, San Diego County.
