Jeb Bradley Hall, J.D., M.B.A., Broker of Record Principal Consultant Jeb B. Hall, Esq. directs all aspects of Project Management for Concordia Homes. With more than 12 years experience in the real estate development and as a real estate lawyer, Mr. Hall oversees all projects after acquisition, including project design, entitlement processing, preliminary and final engineering, final map recordation, horizontal construction of finished lots and vertical construction of residential products, commercial and industrial assets. Mr. Hall has managed over $750 million in real estate assets in the San Diego and Inland Empire areas. Prior to his involvement in Concordia Homes, Mr. Hall practiced HOA law as well as civil litigation. Mr. Hall has extensive expertise in managing and representing HOA's and their boards to maximize property values of the homes in HOA communities. Mr. Hall has also tried several construction defect related cases thereby yielding expertise in determining risk and the ability to avoid defect suits. Mr. Hall is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. Subsequently he attended law school at University of San Diego and received his license to practice law in 2000. Mr. Hall also received his MBA in the same year from USD and specialized in Real Estate Finance throughout his graduate studies.
