Manuel Nieto, R.C.E. Senior Consultant Mr. Nieto has over 30 years of experience in land planning and development. He is experienced in land acquisition, feasibility planning and processing the entitlements necessary for development. Mr. Nieto has conducted feasibility/financial analysis, purchased and entitled projected with a sales value over half a billion dollars for Concordia Communities, LLC. Prior to joining Concordia, Mr. Nieto practiced civil engineering, managing large engineering companies that developed some of the major residential and commercial master plans in San Diego and Riverside County such as Sunbow, Otay Ranch, Eastlake, Aviara and Renaissance La Jolla. Mr. Nieto holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California, holds a Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association.
