What makes us unique, as an advisor to lenders and owners of real estate, are the following characteristics: We bring together a team with a full range of development experience in all types of real estate, allowing us to offer both advice and implementation on a turnkey basis. We develop real estate for our own account. Unlike many of our peers, Concordia Advisors and our California affiliates have no unpaid debts, accounts or vendors that could distract our attention or disadvantage our clients.
