O. Randolph Hall, Jr., M.B.A.Principal Consultant From 1960 to 1970 Mr. Hall worked for a publicly traded financial institution which had acquired numerous financial holdings. Mr. Hall rose to a senior position and acquired a working knowledge of Joint Ventures and Real Estate finance during this period. In 1970 Mr. Hall joined Farrar, Herrick and Associates as Vice President working in their construction division. In this capacity Hall build several large hospitals and other projects as well. In 1977 Hall founded Concordia Homes, Concordia and its affiliates have been a prominent factor in the home building industry during the thirty-one years of its existence. During that period there have been approximately 10,000 homes that Concordia Homes has built or developed. During Halls career he has served in numerous capacities within the Industry, particularly in the Riverside and San Bernardino markets. Hall is a Past President of the Riverside BIA, and a Life Director and received the coveted award of Builder of the Year in Riverside County. During this period Hall ran a large election campaign to defeat a no-growth ballot initiative called Measure B. Hall also served on a Blue Ribbon Committee of 30 members, appointed by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, which recommended a negotiated master plan for the remaining undeveloped portions of Western Riverside County. Much of this plan was adopted by the County, as they re-did their General Plan. Additionally, Hall was in charge of the Private Sectors portion of the negotiations for the forming of the first Multi-Species Habitat Conservation plan. Hall went on and became the President of the Southern California Building Industry Association, a group of 2,000 Builders and Sub-Contractors in the Five County area of Southern California. Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Southern California obtaining a BS degree from the School of Business in 1962. In 1964 Mr. Hall received a Masters degree (MBA) majoring in Finance, in 1964.
